Clearbrook Management LLC was founded by Larry G. Guilmette, RPA, to provide professional commercial real estate services to a variety of properties and entities. His career covers 33 years of property and facilities management including institutional, retail, office and industrial property portfolios. He has managed properties for pension funds, financial institutions and private investors.

While Chief Operating Officer for Samuels & Associates his responsibilities included: corporate administration; overseeing operations for properties in the Northeast and Midwest; liaison with the firm’s third-party clients; and administration of all risk management and property environmental matters. Most recently he oversaw the commissioning and start-up operations for two new urban mixed-use properties in Boston: Fenway Triangle Trilogy, and 1330 Boylston.
