Clearbrook Management LLC, a commercial real estate services company, has been formed to provide services to institutions, private investors, corporations and partnerships. Larry G. Guilmette, RPA, is Clearbrook’s principal, and will utilize 30 years of institutional and investment-grade commercial property experience to customize solutions for its clients.

Clearbrook Management offers consulting, management, due diligence, and property review services for retail, mixed-use, office and industrial properties in New England and New York. Clearbrook also has a network of real estate professionals throughout North America to provide these services for clients with assets located outside of the Northeast.

Clearbrook was founded to deliver market-driven solutions for owners of commercial real estate in this challenging economic environment. Mr. Guilmette works closely with each client, combining professional expertise with the client’s objectives for the asset, to develop a unique and detailed operating plan.
